摘要
目的探讨护理质量管理对院感控制率与护患纠纷率的影响。方法以2014年1月—2016年6月该院收治的172例住院患者为研究对象,随机将入选病例均分为两组。对照组86例,给予患者常规护理;实验组86例,给予患者护理质量管理。观察护理期间两组患者医院感染发生率,统计两组患者住院期间护患纠纷发生例数及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组医院感染率(5.81%)和护患纠纷发生率(2.33%)显著低于对照组医院感染率(20.93%)和护患纠纷发生率(9.30%),实验组护理服务满意度(96.51%)显著高于对照组(83.72%),组间差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量管理在医院临床护理工作中的应用可有效降低医院感染率和护患纠纷率,对促进患者康复及护患和谐具有重要意义,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the effect of nursing quality management on the hospital infection control rate and nursepatient dispute rate. Methods 172 cases of inpatients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 86 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the experimental group adopted the nursing quality management, and the incidence rate of hospital infection of the two groups during the nursing period was observed, and the occurrence case of nurse-patient disputes and satisfactory degree to nursing work were counted. Results The hospital infection rate and incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group,(5.81%, 2.33% vs20.93%, 9.30%), and the nursing service satisfactory degree in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(96.51% vs 83.72%), and the differences between groups had statistical significance,P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of nursing quality management in the hospital clinical nursing work can effectively reduce the hospital infection rate and nurse-patient dispute rate, which is of important significance to promote the recovery of patients and doctor-patient harmony, and it is worth promotion and application.
