摘要
建立了同时测定茶叶中柠檬黄、日落黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、诱惑红、亮蓝6种合成着色剂的高效液相色谱法。样品经乙酸乙酯和正己烷清洗后,用去离子水提取,提取液供高效液相色谱仪测定,外标法定量。本方法 6种合成着色剂在0~100 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r2>0.999,回收率80.0%~90.2%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。
A method was presented to measure tartrazine, sunset yellow, amaranth, ponceau, allura red and brilliant blue in tea based on HPLC. The samples were removed by ethyl acetate and hexane, and then extracted with distilled water and analyzed by HPLC. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0 - 100 m^L. The correlation coefficients were more than 0. 999. The recoveries were between 80. 0% and 90. 2% with RSD less than 5%. The method was reliable and it was a very effective method in measuring these 6 pigments in tea. The method provided a reference for the detection of the tea, at the same time provided a technical support for the supervision and management on the market related products.
