摘要
本文讨论了45钢表面铬合金化层的形成过程和激光工艺参数、铬粉厚度对合金化层深度和铬含量的影响,并与未经激光处理的45钢,1Cr18Ni9Ti钢进行了电化学性能和耐腐蚀性能比较;文中最后分析讨论了合金化层的组织结构与耐腐蚀性的关系。
This paper deals with the forming of laser-treated surface chromium alloying layer on steel No. 45 and the influence of technological parameters and the thicknsss of chromium powder coating on the depth of and chromium content in the surface alloying layer. The electrochemical property and corroslon resistance of the alloying layer are comopared with those of steel No. 45 and of steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti. Tho relation between the structure of ,the alloying layer and corrosion resistance is discussed. Itis shown that the influence of thickness of chromium powder coating on the depth of the alloying layer is less significant than that of the travel speed of laser beamand a chromium content of 14-23% can be obtained in the alloying layer for suitabletechnological parameters. Laser-treated chromium alloying is an effective method for improving the corrosion resistance of ordinary carbon steels.
