结核分枝杆菌小分子热休克蛋白16.3在结核病中作用的研究进展

摘要 结核病是严重危害人类健康的一类重大传染性疾病,热休克蛋白是在真核和原核细胞中一组结构上非常保守的蛋白质,可作为抗原物质启动固有和适应性免疫应答。已有大量研究表明,一方面Mtb Hsp16.3在结核感染过程中可帮助Mtb逃避巨噬细胞的吞噬杀伤,另一方面其作为疫苗成分又可诱导在抗结核感染中起保护作用的Th1型免疫应答,表明Mtb Hsp16.3在结核感染不同阶段发挥着不同的作用。因此,本文就Mtb Hsp16.3在结核病中作用的研究进展作一综述。 Tuberculosis is a serious infectious disease that seriously endangers human health.Heat shock protein is a highly conserved protein in eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells,and it induces an innate and adaptive immune response as an antigen.Numerous studies have indicated that heat shock protein 16.3(Hsp16.3)can help Mycobacterium tuberculosis to avoid phagocytosis and death by macrophages in the course of tuberculosis infection.As an antigen,Mtb Hsp16.3induces a Th1-type immune response to protect the body from a tuberculosis infection.These facts indicate that Hsp16.3Mtb plays different roles in different stages of tuberculosis infection.Therefore,this article reviews advances in the study of the role of Mtb Hsp16.3in tuberculosis.
