摘要
1941年至1965年,中国社会历经了翻天覆地的变化,历史洪流夹持下的教育变革,给身处其中的莘莘学子打上深深时代烙印,而对农家子弟出身的尤为明显。北京师范大学王炳照先生出身冀南农村,其求学经历颇具代表性。以口述史和历史档案为史料,对其求学(从启蒙到北京师范大学第一届教育史研究班毕业,1941-1965)进行历史探究,结果发现:对自己命运强烈改变愿望,"想看看书里面描述的世界"是促进其坚持求学的内在动力;家长态度直接影响着农家子弟读书时限;新中国成立后,"教育对工农开门"、强调出身等教育政策的倾斜,为出身农家的学生求学提供了外在政策支持;勤勉好学、敬学乐业、尊师重道等性格特征,为其持续的、顺利求学以及专业发展做了坚实铺垫。
The period from 1941 to 1965 witnessed the tremendous changes in Chinese society. The educational transforms under the impact of historic changes inevitably exerted influences of the era on numerous students, especially those students from rural families. Wang Bingzhao, the professor of Beijing Normal University, is from the rural area of the southern Hebei province. His study experience is typical for researchers to review the issue of personal choices versus historic opportunities. The study reviewed the material of oral history and historical archives, investigated the history of his study, and finally came to the conclusion with insightful findings. The findings are as follows: the strong wish to change one's fate and "to outlook on the world through reading" are the internal motivations for him to insist on study; the parental attitudes are influential factors affecting the length of his study; preferential policy to support the academic pursuit of students from rural area after the founding of new China is the external support; his own characteristic features such as diligence, curiousness and respectfulness lay a solid foundation for him to pursue his study continuously.
