摘要
目的:观察中药壮骨活血汤对骨性关节炎兔软骨糖醛酸含量及含水率的影响。方法:21只日本大耳白兔随机分成正常组、模型组和中药组,每组7只。参照文献Hulth法复制兔骨性关节炎模型,中药组灌胃壮骨活血汤,每d1次,连续给药10 W;正常组和模型组灌胃等量生理盐水。给药10 W后,取兔胫骨平台软骨,测定糖醛酸含量和含水率。结果:模型组软骨糖醛酸含量明显低于正常组,软骨含水率明显高于正常组(P<0.05);中药组软骨糖醛酸含量明显高于模型组,软骨含水率明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:壮骨活血汤能促进骨性关节炎兔软骨基质的合成代谢,预防并减缓骨性关节炎软骨退变。
Objective:To observe the effects of Zhuanggu Huoxue Tang on gucuronic acid and water contents in cartilage of rats with osteoarthritis.Methods:21 rabbits were divided into three groups,normal,model and Chinese medicine groups,each group contained 7 rabbits.Models of osteoarthritis were made by Hulth method,Chinese medicine group was given Zhuanggu Huoxue Tang once a day for 10 weeks,Normal and model groups were given the same volume saline.rabbbits'cartilage was taken and gucuronic acid and water contents were determined.Results:The gucuronic acid content in rabbits'cartilage of model group was obviously lower than that of normal,water content was higher than that of normal group;the gucuronic acid content in rabbits'cartilage of Chinese group was raised and that was much higher to compare with model group,the water content in cartilage was reduced significantly,that was lower than that of model(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Zhuanggu Huoxue Tang can promote the anabolic of cartilage of rats with osteoarthritis to prevent and relieve cartilage degeneration.
