摘要
前列腺癌是男性泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。根治性前列腺切除术是治愈局限性前列腺癌最有效的方法之一。根治性前列腺切除的手术入路包括经会阴、经耻骨后、腹腔镜和机器人辅助的腹腔镜手术。随着外科技术的进步,腹腔镜和机器人辅助的腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除已经很大程度上取代了传统的开放性手术。我们在传统腹腔镜下根治性前列腺切除术的基础上,结合自身的手术经验与心得,对手术过程进行简化和调整,将其归纳为三孔六步法,本文将简要回顾前列腺癌的外科治疗并对三孔六步法的手术步骤及技术要点进行具体介绍。
Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant urinary tumors in men.Radical prostatectomy is the stand-ard treatment for localized prostate cancer currently.Surgical approaches to radical prostatectomy include perineal,retropubic,laparoscopic and robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.For the time being,laparoscopic radical prostatectomy has been displacing traditional open surgery to a great extent.We managed the surgery process reasonably with the experience of five-port extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,and simplified it to a three-port six-step approach.In this article,we will review the surgical approaches to radical prostatectomy briefly and introduce the detailed operating procedures and key points of three-port six-step extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy emphatically.
