单片微型计算机在电梯事故预防上的应用

摘要 随着经济建设和城市的迅速发展,高层建筑日趋增多,电梯作为一种垂直运送人员及货物的运输工具,在现代建筑特别是高层建筑中起着越来越不可或缺的作用。电梯是指用电力拖动,具有乘客或载货轿厢,其运行于铅垂的或与铅垂方向倾斜不大于15度角的两列刚性导轨之间、运送乘客和(或)货物的固定设备。由于电梯主要用于运送乘客,一旦发生事故极易造成人员伤亡,故国家将电梯列为需安全监察的特种设备之一。本文研究单片机控制系统怎样保护电梯轿顶和底坑人员安全,有效地避免了因电梯自动运行而导致电梯轿顶和底坑人员伤亡事故的发生。 With the rapid development of economy and city construction, high-rise buildings are increasing. Elevator as a vertical transportation for personnel and cargo, plays a more and more important role in the modern architecture especially the high-rise buildings.Elevator is a fixed equipment, driven by electric, with a passenger or cargo compartment, which runs between the two columns of rigid rails conforming to the direction of a plumb line, or that of less than 15 degree angle, transports passengers and(or) cargo. Because the elevator is mainly used for transporting passengers, once the accident happens, it is very easy to cause casualties, so China has listed the elevator into one of the special equipment with safety supervision. This paper studies how to use SCM to protect the personnel safety of the car station and the pit, effectively avoiding the personnel casualty accident in elevator car and pit and caused by the elevator automatic operationt.
