摘要
为了提高梳棉机对纤维的梳理质量,详细介绍了前、后固定盖板及棉网清洁器等锡林附加分梳器材的作用、原理、存在问题及对梳理质量的影响;通过合理配置其工艺,对纤维自由梳理、排除杂质、下泄气流、预分梳分离纤维束、整理单纤维等具有促进作用,能明显提高纤维梳理质量。指出加强锡林附加分梳器材组合形式的工艺研究,是提高梳理效果的有效途径;主梳理器材与附加分梳器材合理配合,才能保证梳理质量。
To improve the fiber carding quality of the carding frames, introduction is done to the functions,principles, problems and influence on carding quality of the additional carding elements of the cylinder on the front and the rear stationery flat and the web cleaner. The rational allocation of additional carding elements play an important role in the process of free fiber car ding, eliminating impurity,discharging air flow, preeomb separation of the fiber bundle, finish ing single fiber carding significantly improving fiber carding quality. It is pointed out that strengthening the arrangement of the additional carding elements is a good approach into good carding efficiency. And combination of main carding element and the auxiliaries is the carding quality assurance.
