摘要
目的探讨人文关怀护理在中医中药结合机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中的应用。方法以随机数字表法将300例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者150例,观察组患者150例,二组患者均采取中医中药结合机械通气治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用人文关怀护理,对比分析二组患者治疗前后的各项指标、护理满意度、护理质量以及焦虑、抑郁评分。结果治疗护理后,观察组的患者满意度和科室护理质量评分显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组经治疗护理后的各项机械通气指标均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者焦虑抑郁评分显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理在中医中药结合机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中有着重要的临床意义,可以提高整体护理质量,缩短机械通气后住院时间,减轻患者焦虑心理,值得应用推广。
Objective To discuss and analyze the value of humanistic nursing care in the treatment and nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with mechanical ventilation.Methods Three hundreds cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into two groups（observation group and control group）randomly,150 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with control nursing on the base of conventional therapy,while the patients in observation group were treated with humanistic nursing care on the base of control group.Then the indexes were analyzed and compared before and after treatment included nursing satisfaction,quality of nursing care,anxiety and depression score of the patients.Results After treatment and nursing,the patients＇ satisfaction and department nursing quality scores of observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The mechanical ventilation indexes of observation group after treatment and nursing were significantly better than the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.The scores of SAS and SDS of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The application of humanistic nursing care in the treatment and nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with mechanical ventilation plays an important role in clinical significant.It can improve the overall quality of nursing care,short the length of hospital stay after mechanical ventilation,and reduce anxiety of patients.It is worthy of application and promotion.
