摘要
目的综述一类新型母核上无氟喹诺酮类抗菌药的的药效学/药动学及安全性的研究进展。方法查阅近年来国内外相关文献30篇,对其进行归纳、总结和分析。结果目前,全球已上市三种无氟喹诺酮类抗菌药,为新型广谱喹诺酮类抗菌药,保持了喹诺酮类抗菌药对革兰阴性菌的抗菌活性,同时对革兰阳性菌的抗菌活性也明显增强,且由于不含氟元素,其安全性更高,更少引起过敏反应和光毒性。结论喹诺酮类抗菌药是临床上使用的一类十分重要的抗菌药,新型无氟喹诺酮抗菌药在全球面临耐药菌的威胁下值得进一步研究开发。
Objective To review the new non-fluorinated quinolone antibacterials'pharmacokinetics and pharmacological effect and safety.Methods The relevant 30 papers on non-fluorinated quinolone antibacterials were summarized and analyzed.Results So far,3 kinds of non-fluorinated quinolone antibacterials have already come to the market all over the world.With broad-spectrum activities against bacteria,they remain the antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative bacteria,and enhance the activity against Gram-positive bacteria remarkbly.As compared to others quiolones,the nonfluorinated quinolones are more safe.Conclusion Quinolones antibacterials are very important for clinical use,facing with the challenge of global drug resistance,the new quinolones antibacterials are worthy to put more research.
