摘要
研究了水体污染物亚甲基蓝在β-环糊精包结茜素红修饰碳糊电极(ARS/β-CD/CPE)上的电化学行为,并对亚甲基蓝发生氧化还原反应的机理进行了探讨,建立了茜素红和β-环糊精作为修饰剂时,碳糊电极对水体污染物亚甲基蓝的电化学测定方法。ARS/β-CD/CPE在pH6.0的磷酸盐(PBS)缓冲溶液中对亚甲基蓝的氧化还原具有明显的电催化作用,同时计算了部分电化学参数:电荷转移系数α=0.72,吸附量Г=4.99×10^(-7)mol/cm^2。在优化条件下,亚甲基蓝的氧化峰电流与浓度在2.0×10^(-5)~6.0×10^(-4)mol/L范围内表现出良好的线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为2.0×10^(-6)mol/L。
β-cyclodextrin reacted with alizarin red to produce aβ-cyclodextrin inclusion complex,which was then used to modify carbon paste electrode(ARS/β-CD/CPE).The electrochemical behavior of water pollutant methylene blue and the mechanism of methylene blue oxidation-reduction reaction was investigated.According to the findings,the electrochemical method was built to determine methylene blue by ARS/β-CD/CPE.The results indicated that ARS/β-CD/CPE showed a strong electrocatalytic ability towards the oxidation of methylene blue in p H 6.0 PBS.At the same time some electrochemistry parameters such as the electron transfer coefficient(α=0.76)and the adsorbing capacity(Г=4.99×10^-7mol/cm^2)of methylene blue was calculated.Under optimized conditions,the oxidation peak currents and concentrations of methylene blue have a good linear relationship in the range from 2.0×10^-5 to 6.0×10^-4mol/L with a detection limit of 2.0×10^-6mol/L(S/N=3).
