摘要
针对加工叉类零件耳孔中的卡簧槽问题,研制开发了双面切割卡簧槽专用机床。该机床为卧式双面加工组合机床,采用左右双电机驱动主轴系统,可以灵活选择加工方法;采用三菱PLC作为电气控制系统的核心控制器件,极大提高系统的可靠性和工作效率;采用具有过载保护的液压进给系统控制滑台和切槽缸的移动,有效地克服了机床结构复杂、能耗高、堵转时易损坏工件和刀具的缺点。实践证明该机床具有控制方便,精度高,效率高,稳定性好、故障率低等优点。
For processing the fork parts circlip groove in the ear canal, double-sided cutting circlip groove dedicated machine tools is developed.This machine is horizontal double processing modular machine tool, using the double motor drive the spindle system, around can choose flexible processing method; The mitsubishi PLC as the control system of electrical control core control devices, greatly improve the reliability of the system and work efficiency; With overload protection of hydraulic feed system to control the movement of slide and grooving cylinder, effectively overcome the machine complex structure, high energy consumption, locked-rotor easily damage the workpiece and cutting tool faults. Practice proves that the machine is easy to control, high precision, high efficiency, good stability, and low failure rate.
