增容剂对PA6/PET合金性能的影响

摘要 利用双螺杆熔融挤出的方法,以乙烯-马来酸酐-甲基丙烯酸脱水甘油酯(EMG)、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(AX8900)作为增容剂,制备了聚酰胺6(PA6)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)合金。研究了增容剂种类与用量对PA6/PET合金性能的影响。结果表明,两种增容剂均能有效地提高PA6/PET的拉伸强度与冲击强度。同时EMG对拉伸强度提高效果较好,AX8900对冲击强度的提高更明显。差示扫描量热分析结果表明,增容剂的加入能够提高PET的结晶度和起始结晶温度。扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明,两种增容剂均能够减小分散相粒径,提高分散性,起到改善合金相容性的作用。 Polyamide 6(PA6)/polyethylene terephthalate(PET)alloys using ethylene-maleic anhydride-glycidylmethacrylate(EMG)or ethylene-butyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate(AX8900)as reactive compatibilizers were prepared by melt blending with a twin screw extruder.The effects of the type and dosage of the compatibilizers on the properties of the alloys were investigated.The both compatibilizers could effectively improve the tensile property and impact performance of the alloys.EMG has a good effect on the tensile property and AX8900 has an obvious improvement on the impact performance.The differential scanning calorimetry results show that the addition of the compatibilizers can increase the crystallinity and crystallization onset temperature of PET.The scanning electron microscopy results show that the two compatibilizers can effectively decrease the particles'size of the dispersion phase and improve their dispersibility,so the compatibility of the alloys is improved.
