摘要
通过分析企业现有信息化架构及技术资料管理过程中存在的问题,设计并开发了一套在线CAD图文档管理系统。利用该系统可在生产现场无纸化查询相关技术资料,同时可对技术资料进行细化授权控制,以加强技术资料的安全性与可控性。通过系统实施,提高了企业的生产效率,有效地降低了企业的生产成本。
To improve the technical document management level of mechanical manufacturing enterprises,an online CAD drawings and documents management system was developed,after the analysis of the enterprise informatization architecture and the existing problems in the process of technical documentations management.This system could implement paperless query of the related technical data at the scene of the production and provide fine-grained authorization control to strengthen the security and the controllability.Through the system implementation,it has obviously improved the production operation efficiency and effectively reduced the production cost.
