摘要
急诊科是重症、危急症高度集中科室。也是社会医患人员流动性最大且病情较复杂的医疗护理的重点场所。作为急诊科的护士应该正确及时的选择疼痛评估工具,能有效地对患者的疼痛进行管理、干预和治疗,提高镇痛水平。以下对急诊外科就诊患者的疾病疼痛的特点(急腹症)、疼痛评估方法、常用的几种镇痛药物在护理临床的应用做一综述。
The emergency department, which is highly centralized with critically and acutely ill patients, is also with the highest fluidity of medical personnel, and the key place where complicated patients are taken care. Therefore emergency nurses are supposed to choose pain assessment tools correctly and timely, manage the pain of the patients effectively, and improve the skills of their own in the analgesia. In this review, we summarize the characteristics of the pain （acute abdominal pain） in the emergency surgery patients, the methods on pain assessment, and the application of several kinds of drugs on analgesia in clinical nursing practice.
