摘要
通过对电机通风板冲裁工艺分析,针对冲槽模中完成冲通风槽容易出现槽数不够,槽口开裂,不平等难题,制定了合理的设计改良方案。介绍了模具结构设计中的一些特点,对试模过程中出现的上述难题作了深入分析并提出了相应整改措施。该模具在冲裁工艺及关键零件的优化设计方面的特点,可供类似零件的模具设计作参考。
Through analysis of motor ventilation plate's punching technology, aiming at solving the problem in the punching - the number of slots is not enough, notch crack, notch Uneven , formulate a reasonable technical solution. In this paper, the characteristics of die structure design were introduced, and some problems in the process of testing were analyzed and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward. The characteristics of punching process and optimization design of key parts can be used for similar parts mold's design reference.
