摘要
针对钢铁企业净环排污水,采取质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液脱硬,高分子有机阴离子絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)沉淀,硫酸中和及电渗析脱盐联合工艺进行处理。小试结果表明,质量分数为30%的NaOH、PAM、质量分数98%的H_(2)SO_(4)优化投加量分别为1500、0.25、0.120 mg/L。中试结果表明,排污水回用率可达80%以上,处理1 t净环排污水的原材料及电耗成本为1.25元左右。处理后的水质优于补充水的水质,能够满足企业要求,可作为新鲜水正常使用。
To treat sewage from some steel enterprise,Na OH solution with mass fraction of 30%was used for the removal of hardness,and combined processes including the precipitation of polyacrylamide(PAM),an organic polymer anionic flocculant,neutralization of sulfuric acid and electrodialysis desalination,were utilized for the treatment.Pilot test results showed that optimized dosages of Na OH with mass fraction of 30%,PAM,H_(2)SO_(4)with mass fraction of 98%were 1500,0.25 and 0.120 mg/L,respectively.The pilot test results showed that sewage reuse rate reached more than 80%,and the cost of raw material and power consumption for the treatment of 1 t sewage water was about 1.25 yuan.Quality of the treated water was better than that of make-up water,which met the requirements of the enterprise,and it could be used as fresh water.
