摘要
在繁殖季节 ,对准备用作胚胎移植受体的 2 80只适龄东北细毛羊母羊进行了为期1 2 6d的定时定点观察 ,并结合胚胎移植手术对其卵巢类型进行了观测 ,结果表明 7月下旬～1 1月下旬间 ,各月上、中、下旬羊的发情率为 1 7%～ 64% ,发情周期为 1 6.98d( 1 5 .0 0～ 1 7.36d) ,发情持续期为 1 9.67h( 1 4.62～ 2 5 .84h) ,功能黄体及功能黄体 +卵泡型卵巢类型占 85 .5 %。
On the period of bearing, observed the 280 East north Hemifine wool sheep which was ready to be used as the accept ones to transplant the embryo for 126 days. The observation was made in a regular time and objects, combined the observation of the types of their organ of ovary with the operation of embryo transplantation. The result showed the estrous rate 17%~64%, the estrous cycle was 16.98 days (15.00~17.36 d), estrus duration was 19.67 h (14.62~25.84 h), type of functionary corpus luteum and functionary corpus luteum + ovarian follicle are 85.5%.
