摘要
目的对植物凝集素诱导的人外周血淋巴细胞转化法测定免疫抑制调节剂活性的准确性、重现性进行探讨。方法以胸腺免疫抑制提取物为供试品 ,采用不同人份的血样进行测定。结果该法重现性好 ,RSD为2 .55 % (n =9) ,结果准确。
PurposeTo study the accuracy and reappearance of phytohemagglutinin(PHA) induced human peripheral blood lymphocyte(PBL) transformation assay in testing the activity of immunosuppressive modulators.MethodsThymic immunosuppressive extract(TISE) was used as testing sample and the activity was tested with bloods from different persons.ResultsThe results showed that the assay had a good reappearance and small relative standard division ( RSD=2.55%, n =9) and could give accurate results.ConclusionThe activity of immunosuppressive modulators could be accurately determined and reflected by the assay using three person′s blood samples.
