摘要
目的:分析济宁地区非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者的中医证型分布规律。方法:回顾性研究近两年济宁市中医院内分泌科及眼科病人,将200例观察对象分为单纯糖尿病组和非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变组,对其四诊资料进行分析,统计两组病人的症状、体征分布和中医证候分布。结果:在单纯糖尿病组人群中气虚、阴虚、血瘀的证型最多,在视网膜病变中,中医证型在气阴两虚基础上多伴随血瘀、痰热。结论:非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变主要病机表现为气阴两虚、血瘀痰湿。
Objective To study the characteristics of TCM syndromes of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabeticpatients in Ji’ning Chinese Medicine Hospital. Methods： The study was based on a retrospective case-control study. The clinical data of200 patients with diabetes was analyzed, which was divided into two groups, non-diabetic retinopathy group, non proliferative retinopathygroup, according to their fundus. The information of TCM therapy was collected, then the database was established and analyzed. Results：In non-diabetic retinopathy group the common syndromes were Yin and Qi deficiency, Blood stasis. In the non-proliferative retinopathygroup these were Qi-Yin deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm dampness. Conclusion： In the non-proliferative retinopathy group these wereQiyin Liangxu and Xueyu Tanshi.
