摘要
研究了气流对消声器声学性能的影响。利用声学有限元软件计算有无平均流速时消声器的传递损失。研究了气流温度对消声器性能的影响。运用Fluent分析了消声器的内部流场,得到压力云图、速度云图,以及湍动能分布情况。运用Matlab软件将脉动压力的时域响应转化为声压级的频谱响应,得到气流再生噪声曲线,为消声器设计和改进提供依据。
This paper studied the effect of airflow on the muffler acoustic performance. It used the acoustic finite element software to calculate the muffler's transmission loss under the average velocity,and the effect of temperature on muffler. Using Fluent,we analyzed the muffler's internal flow field,and got pressure cloud,velocity cloud and distribution of turbulent kinetic energy. Converting time domain response of the fluctuating pressure into a sound pressure level of spectral response by Matlab,we got the regeneration noise curve,which provides the basis for the muffler design and improvement.
