摘要
目的:探讨男性氯胺酮依赖者血清性激素水平的变化。方法:从2013年2月-2015年7月在我院物质依赖科住院的患者中筛查符合氯胺酮依赖诊断的患者,在入院后次日收集血清标本;同期招募正常对照组收集血清标本,统一送我院检验科进行血清性激素水平检测,比较两组性激素水平的差异。结果:与对照组比较,患者组血清睾酮(TEST)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(PRG)水平高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05),两组血清泌乳素(PRL)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平差异无统计学意义(P≥0.05)。结论:氯胺酮依赖者可能存在性激素水平异常。
Objective： To explore the change of serum sex hormone levels in male ketamine addicts.Methods： Ketamine addicts meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the substance dependence ward of our hospital from February 2013 to July 2015 were selected.Serum specimens were collected on the second day after admission.At the same time,the normal control group was recruited and the serum specimens were collect.Then all serum specimens were sent to clinical laboratory of our hospital to detect of sex hormones.Results： The levels of serum TEST,E2,LH and PRG in patient group were significantly higher than that of control group（ P ≤ 0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference of serum PRL,FSH level between the two groups（ P ≥0.05）.Conclusion： Ketamine addicts produced abnormal serum hormone levels.
