摘要
促甲状腺激素(TSH)是垂体前叶分泌的重要激素,其生理作用主要是刺激甲状腺激素的分泌,从而在人体多个组织中发挥生物学功能。TSH与肥胖有直接的联系,并且从临床上也观察到甲状腺功能与血脂异常关系密切。超重和肥胖正在全球范围内蔓延,随着人们对肥胖的关注越来越多,甲状腺问题也越来越受到重视,但目前TSH影响脂代谢以及与肥胖关系的机制尚未完全阐明。
Thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH） is an important hormone secreted by the anterior pituitary, and its physiological function is to stimulate the secretion of thyroid hormone, which plays a key role in the development of multiple tissues in body. Recent researches suggest that TSH is directly connected with obesity, and the relationship between thyroid function and dyslipidemia is rather close from clinical observation. Overweight and obesity are spreading worldwide, with people＇s increasing attention to obesity, the problem of thyroid is drawing more and more attention, However,the mechanism of the effect of TSH on lipid metabolism and obesity has not been fully elucidated.
