摘要
为研究笼养和庭院散养对鸡蛋品质的影响,随机选取笼养鸡和庭院散养鸡所产蛋各20个,分别测定了蛋重、蛋黄重及比例,蛋白重量及比例,蛋白高度、哈氏单位,蛋黄颜色、蛋壳重及比例、蛋壳厚度及蛋形指数。结果表明:散养鸡蛋蛋黄颜色、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄比例分别比笼养鸡高90.96%、7.54%、12.48%,差异显著(P<0.05)。笼养鸡蛋白高度和蛋白质含量高于散养鸡,总体上散养鸡蛋蛋品质优于笼养鸡蛋。
To study the effects of battery and free-range rearing on egg qualities,40 eggs were selected and divided into two groups randomly,one was battery rearing and the other was free-range rearing. Egg weight,egg shape index, eggshell thickness,albumen height,yolk color, Haugh unit,yolk weight and proportion,egg white weight and proportion,shell weight and shell thickness were tested. The resuhs showed that yolk color,shell thick and yolk proportion in free-range rearing were better than battery rearing, which was 90.96%,7.54% and 12.48% （P〈0.05）,respectively. There has no significant difference of the egg sharp index. The height and protein content of battery rearing were better than free-range rearing,but in general free-range rearing group had better egg quality than those of battery rearing group.
