摘要
采用模块化设计思想,将四种摩擦试验模块集成在同一台试验机上;运用DMC1000运动控制卡开发摩擦试验机的运动控制系统;采用PCI-1710L数据采集卡实现摩擦试验数据的实时采集。试验表明,试验机可完成四种摩擦运动形式,实现正压力、摩擦力数据的实时采集,摩擦系数的动态显示。
With modular thought,multifunctional friction movement integration of the tribometer was designed. A motion control system was development with DMC1000 motion control card. With PCI-1710 L data acquisition card,a measurement system of the tribometer was development used DLL technology. We to realize the real-time collecting of local data and dynamic display of friction coefficient.The results showed that the tribometer can realize acquisition of load and friction at real-time.
