摘要
物流信息化是铁路发展现代物流的关键所在。通过阐述国内外物流企业在信息化战略定位、服务流程优化、信息共享及满足行业物流服务信息化需求等方面的经验,提出铁路物流信息化发展对策,即重构铁路物流服务流程,优化组织管理体系,构建开放型物流信息共享平台,积累物流信息化经验。
Logistic informatization is the key for developing modern railway logistics. Through expounding the experience of some logistic enterprises in China and foreign countries on the aspects of strategic positioning of informatization, optimization of service process, information sharing and the demand of satisfying logistic service informatization in railway sector, this paper puts forward countermeasures of developing railway logistic informatization, such as improving railway logistic service process, optimizing organization management system, establishing the open-end platform of logistic information sharing and accumulating experience of logistic informatization.
