摘要
上海东方体育中心综合体育馆由10榀高低错落的异形钢拱架排列构成,犹如多层次波浪,其优美的造型被公众誉为"海上王冠",但却给建筑施工带来了不少难题。异形钢拱架最大跨度达151 m,施工采用了设置刚性临时支撑的分段综合安装法,圆满地完成了桁架安装。重点介绍异形大跨度钢结构临时支撑施工技术,供同类工程借鉴。
The comprehensive stadium of Shanghai Oriental Sports Centre is constituted by 10 special- shaped steel arches with different heights. The beautiful design is like waves, which is praised as ＂maritime crown＂. However, it brought a lot of difficulties to the construction. The longest span of the special shaped steel arch is up to 151m, which is constructed by the temporary rigidity supports and by the subsection installation method, so as to make the truss installation completed successfully. This paper mainly introduces the construction technology of temporary support for the special-shaped long-span steel structure, which can provide references for the similar projects.
