摘要
目的以比格犬下颌骨人造骨缺损为模型研究β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)对巢蛋白家族巢蛋白-1(nidogen-1)和巢蛋白-2(nidogen-2)基因表达的影响。方法在比格犬下颌骨前磨牙区制备的人造骨缺损中植入β-TCP,用RT-PCR法观察植入后第4、7、14天时植入区活体组织样本中nidogen-1和nidogen-2 mRNA的表达。结果与对照组相比,β-TCP组nidogen-1和nidogen-2第4天时mRNA电泳条带增强,第7天的mRNA电泳条带明显增强,14天时无明显变化。结论β-TCP对比格犬下颌骨中巢蛋白家族nidogen-1和nidogen-2的基因表达有促进作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects ofβ-TCP on nidogen family nidogen-1 and nidogen-2 gene expression in artificial bone defects of Beagle dog mandible. Methods:β-TCP were implanted into the artificial osseous defects for 4,7, and 14 days,and RT-PCR was performed to determine the mRNA levels of nidogen-1 and nidogen-2. Results:The mRNA levels of both nidogen-1 and nidogen-2 were up-regulated byβ-TCP on day 4,evidently increased on day 7,no change was observed on day 14. Conclusion:β-TCP stimulates nidogen gene expression in Beagle dog mandible.
