摘要
目的研究滇西地区室内鼠形动物活动的影响因素。方法在滇西自然疫源性疾病流行区域,选取10个县40个自然村为研究范围,随机抽取800户家庭（每个自然村20户）作为研究单位,应用调查问卷通过面对面调查收集鼠形动物活动证据及其潜在影响因素。采用Logistic回归分析影响鼠形动物活动的因素。结果在800户家庭中,405户（50.6%）近两周在家里观察到鼠形动物活动。与汉族家庭相比,傣族、纳西族和藏族家庭室内鼠形动物活动的概率降低55%~78%;养猫的家庭减少28%的鼠形动物活动概率,而养猪家庭却增加83%鼠形动物活动的概率;土木结构房屋和瓦砾屋顶的家庭,室内鼠形动物活动的概率增加约60%,木头地面的家庭鼠形动物活动的概率增加1.75倍。结论室内鼠形动物活动与不同民族家庭、人为干扰因素以及周围环境因素有密切关系,为有效控制室内鼠形动物丰盛度,降低鼠形动物对人类的危害,农村灭鼠时应综合考虑影响鼠形动物活动的相关因素。
Objective To analyze the influence factors for small mammal activities in households of Western YunnanProvince. Methods In western Yunnan Province, 800 households of 40 natural villages from 10 counties were randomlyselected as study units. Data on the small mammal activities and potential factors were collected by face to face interview usingself-made questionnaires. The factors for the small mammal activities were explored using Logistic regression. Results Smallmammal activities were found in 405 households（50.6%） of 800 households. The probability of small mammal activities in thehouseholds in Dai, Naxi, and Zang ethnic groups decreased by 55-78% compared with the Han households. The probability ofsmall mammal activities in the households with cats decreased by 28%, while the probability of that with pigs increased by83%. The probability of small mammal activities in the households with civil structure houses and rubble roof houses increasedby about 60%.The probability of small mammal activities increased 1.75 times in the households with wood ground.Conclusion There is a close relationship between small mammal activities and different ethnic groups, human interferencefactors, and surrounding factors. To control small mammal abundance effectively and to reduce the hazard of small mammals,the above factors for small mammal activities should be considered when a control program is planned and conducted in thecountryside.
