摘要
通过分析AUC煅烧生产UO2的反应原理,确定了分区域设计煅烧炉加热功率的方法;利用可查询到的热力学数据,对各煅烧区域的反应热量进行了推导计算,进而确定了煅烧炉各区域的加热功率。所计算结果较好符合于生产实际,从而为煅烧炉的加热功率设计和节能研究提供了数据支持。
By analysis of the chemical reaction principle of UO2 in AUC calcining process, the method of heating power in different section of calcining furnace was determined. Take advantage of heat loss data of electric resistance furnace and the calcination heat calculated, calciner power of different re- gions was obtained. The results are quite in agreement with the production data, it is provided data support for design of heating power of calcining furnace and energy-saving research.
