摘要
随着高校毕业生人数逐年增加,大学生就业形势不容乐观,鼓励并指导大学生创业逐渐成为高校解决就业难问题的有效途径。现在众多高校已经开展了各种形式的创业教育,培养大学生的创业能力、指导大学生创业实践。文章指出,创业教育成功的关键在于创业导师队伍的建设。加强创业导师团队建设的长效机制,对于提高大学生创业能力具有重大而深远的意义。
With the scale growth of graduation students from colleges ,there are increasing difficulties for them in job seeking. It＇s an effective way to solve this problem to encourage and guide students＇ entrepreneurship.In order to cultivate their capabilities and direct practice in entrepreneurship ,a large number of colleges have performed many education activities of students＇ entrepreneurship in various formats.The paper presents that the key to the success of students＇ entrepreneurship lies in the construction of tutor team. It is essential to strengthen the long-acting mechanism in tutor team construction,which plays a significant and profound role in improving students＇entrepreneurship capabilities.
