摘要
近年来,普通消费者和话务员等专业工作者因使用耳机致使听力损伤的案例频发。为了评估当前我国市场上大众使用耳机致听力损伤的宏观风险等级,分析了耳机产品听力损伤相关标准国内外现状、监管情况,结合28批次样品摸底试验结果及听力损伤风险源分析,综合考虑缺陷产生的频度、失效严重程度和耳机每日累积使用时间等因素,采用FMEA方法进行风险评估,最终得出风险等级对照表,并提出了部分应对措施。
In recent years, the case of hearing impairment occurred frequently among consumers, telephone operators, and others who use headphones in their professions. In order to assess the hearing impairment macro risk level of affordable headphones in the current market of our country, this paper analyzes the current situation of relevant domestic and international standards and supervision on headphone products in terms of hearing impairment, combined with the test result of samples from 28 batches and hearing damage risk source analysis, and considering the factors such as frequency of defects, the severity of failure and daily cumulative time of using headphone. The paper adopts Failure Mode and Effect Analysis （FMEA） approach to assess the risks, finally comes up with a risk rating comparison chart, and puts forward some countermeasures.
