摘要
以丁香、厚朴、甘草、紫丹参的提取液为保鲜剂,分别对红地球葡萄进行涂膜,研究其对葡萄贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,4种中草药经过涂膜处理葡萄后,均可延缓葡萄的衰老和品质下降,可减少葡萄果实的失质量率、腐烂率,减缓可溶性固形物的含量和还原糖含量的下降速率;其中,厚朴和甘草提取液对葡萄的保鲜效果显著,其次为紫丹参和丁香。此试验为中草药保鲜剂在果蔬中的应用提供指导。
The extract of cloves, magnolia, licorice and purple salvia are as preservative coating red globe grapes to study their effect of grape fruit quality. The results show that after coating by four herbs, the aging and the quality declination of grapes can be delayed, the rate of weight loss and decay rate can be reduced, and the soluble solids content and the rate of sugar content can be slowed down. The extract of magnolia and licorice have a significant effect on the grapes preservation, followed by those of purple salvia and cloves. The experiment provides guidance for herbal preservative applications in fruits and vegetables.
