摘要
公共科技服务平台作为新兴事物,是提供公共科技服务的新型组织模式。从概念演化出发,结合国内外学者对公共科技服务平台的理论研究以及现阶段我国平台建设的状况,把公共科技服务平台界定为一种动态非营利联盟组织,认为其立足之本在于"服务",模式之新在于"平台"。并通过与以往科技服务机构相比较,得出平台在组织、功能上的特点和相对优势。
As a new organization mode, Public S＆T platform provides public science and technology service. This article analyzes evolution of public S＆T platform concept, reviews the relevant theory of domestic and foreign scholars. With the development of the current situation, the author defines public S＆T platform as dynamic non-profit alliance organization. Based on the service and the new model, public S＆T platform has many different features and advantages compared with the previous S＆T service organizations.
