摘要
目的研究麻醉恢复室规范化护理管理模式,减少手术并发症的发生。方法回顾性分析我院600例进行全麻手术的患者。患者进行麻醉恢复室复苏,给予规范化的护理管理,总结规范化护理管理模式的效果。结果进行麻醉恢复室复苏的患者均较恢复顺利,其中出现的恶心、呕吐患者52例,低血压患者33例,舌后坠患者21例。通过规范化护理的管理模式,所有患者未出现护理并发症。结论规范化护理管理模式在麻醉恢复室中的应用,能够有效的控制患者复苏后的一些反映带来的护理问题。
Objective Study on the management mode of anesthesia recovery room standardized nursing and reduce the complications of surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis on 600 cases with general anesthesia operation in our hospital. The patients recovered in the anesthesia recovery room, they were given standardized nursing management. The management mode effect of standardized nursing was analyzed. Results The patients recovered successfully in anesthesia recovery room, there were 52 cases with nausea, vomiting, 33 cases with hypotension, 21 cases with tongue depressed. Through the standardized nursing management mode, there were no nursing complications in all patients. Conclusion The application of standardized nursing management mode in the anesthesia recovery room can effectively control nursing problem after recovery, can make the recovery more smoothly.
