摘要
慢性下腰痛是目前临床上常见的影响较为广泛的慢性疾病之一,其病因复杂,对个体产生的影响范围不仅仅是生理及心理上的,同时还影响到个体的日常生活、工作、娱乐等其他方面。核心训练法是对人体核心部位力量及稳定性的一种训练方法,近些年来,许多研究提出核心训练法对慢性下腰痛的康复能够产生积极作用,且慢性下腰痛患者也表现出有不同程度的核心肌群功能减弱,核心训练能够维持躯干的稳定性,增加脊柱灵活性,改善脊柱僵直,能从根本上更好地预防及防治慢性下腰痛。
