摘要
理论计算了泵浦波长1.064μm、1.55μm、1.98μm、2.05μm和2.50μm下,CSP晶体Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类两种匹配方式的角度调谐曲线。分析了CSP晶体在不同泵浦波长光学参量振荡下,激光输出波长与相位匹配角之间的对应关系。研究表明:(1)波长1.064μm泵浦时,CSP晶体Ⅰ类匹配可实现6.0~6.5μm波长激光输出,角度调谐范围为79.6°~90.0°;(2)波长1.55μm、1.98μm、2.05μm和2.50μm泵浦时,CSP晶体均可实现波长3.0~5.0μm和6.0~9.0μm激光输出。
In this paper,type I and type II phase matching angle tuning curve with the different pump wavelength of1. 064 μm、1. 55 μm、1. 98 μm、2. 05 μm 和 2. 50 μm on CSP crystal were calculated. At optical parametric oscillation with different pump wavelength light on CSP crystal,a relation between put out wavelength and phase matching angle was analyzed. These results showed: 1 at a pump with a 1. 604μm wavelength,laser put out with wave band of6. 0 ~ 6. 5 μm and angle tuning range of 79. 6° ~ 90. 0° was obtained; 2 at a pump with wavelength of 1. 55 μm、1. 98 μm、2. 05 μm and 2. 50 μm,laser output of wavelength in 3. 0 ~ 5. 0 μm and 6. 0 ~ 9. 0 μm was obtained.
