摘要
随着我国医药卫生体制改革的不断深化,鼓励和引导社会资本办医,形成多元化办医格局已成为新的发展趋势,有必要学习和借鉴国外好的社会资本办医经验。从税收政策、医疗保险、人力资本管理等方面介绍了美国、德国、日本等国家的社会资本办医情况,为我国社会资本办医提供借鉴。
With the deepening of new healthcare reform, it is the trends to encourage private capital invest in medical institute and shape a diversity ownership of medical institute. It is necessary referring experiences of private capital investing medical institute from other countries. The experiences of private capital invest in medical institute from America, Germany and Japan in aspects of tax policies, medical insurance and human resources management are discussed to give some reference.
