摘要
目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌组织中BRMS1蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测200例组织石蜡标本BRMS1蛋白表达情况,其中,甲状腺乳头状癌原发灶50例、甲状腺腺瘤50例、正常癌旁组织50例,甲状腺乳头状癌的颈部淋巴结转移灶50例。结果 BRMS1蛋白表达在正常癌旁组织阳性49例(98%)和甲状腺腺瘤阳性48例(96%),均显著高于癌组织(阳性20例,40%)和颈部淋巴结转移灶组织(阳性10例,20%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 BRMS1蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织及颈部淋巴结转移灶表达均显著下降,其中颈部淋巴结转移灶下降更为明显。BRMS1蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌及转移灶低表达可能与其发展及转移有关。
Objective To investigate the protein expression level of breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1(BRMS1)in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expressions of BRMS1 protein in 200 tissue samples,including 50 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma,50 cases of thyroid adenoma,50 cases of para-carcinoma tissues and 50 cases of cervical lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.ResultsThe expression of BRMS1 in normal para-carcinoma tissues(98%)and in thyroid adenoma tissues(96%)was statistically significantly higher than that in papillary thyroid carcinoma(40%)and in cervical lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma(10%)(P〈0.05 for each).Conclusion The decreased expressions of BRMS1 proteins were significant in papillary thyroid carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma,and it was more significant in cervical lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.The decrease of BRMS1 protein expression may be related to the development and metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
