摘要
从利益相关者理论的视阈,结合突发事件网络舆情特点,首先对突发事件网络舆情的主要利益相关者进行了界定,并给出了其作用机理,然后基于利益相关者的影响力、相关度和介入度三个特征指标构建了突发事件网络舆情利益相关者分析模型,对利益相关者进行了分类研究,并由此得出了突发事件网络舆情应对处置的理论依据。
Based on stakeholder theory and characteristics of online public opinion for emergency,this paper defines the stakeholders of online public opinion for emergency and gives the mechanism of different types of stakeholders firstly,then studies on classification of stakeholders by constructing the stakeholders of online public opinion for emergency ＇s analysis model and draw s the theoretical basis of coping with network public opinion.
