摘要
通过查阅文献资料、观察、访谈及逻辑推理等多种方法对普通高校《体育与健康(定向运动选项课)》进行了实证分析,认为在全社会大力倡导建设"资源节约型"社会的背景下,高校定向运动选项课采取"教师合作教学"的方法能使部分高校在定向运动教学过程的师资、场地不足等方面的压力起到缓解作用,同时对提高定向运动课的教学效果,提升教学质量具有积极意义。
Through the empirical analysis on the course of “PE （Orienteering Sports）”by literature review,observation,interview and logical reasoning in colleges and universities,it is showed that the mode of “cooperative teaching”in orienteering sports course can lessen the pres-sures of insufficient teachers and spaces and meanwhile improve the teaching effect and quality,which is of positive significance.
