摘要
为提高大学生创新训练项目的管理质量,笔者对大学生创新训练项目的实施成效进行了问卷调查,对项目存在的问题进行了深入探究,并提出了加强项目宣传力度,提高学生参与度;建立信息化管理模式,增强过程管理意识;实施动态化管理,搭建交流平台;完善项目奖惩制度,提高学生成就感等改进措施,以保证大学生创新训练项目的顺利进行。
In order to improve the quality of innovation training project for college students,Pecking Union Medical College has investigated the outcome of project implementation through questionnaires and tried to find weakness to improve. The results showed that it is necessary to encourage participation,strenghen information management and enhancing awareness of process management with a dynamic approach and develop an exchange platform. Also,to set up standard for rewards and penalties and there by to enhance students＇ sense of achievement.
