摘要
目的探讨高龄急性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Lc)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析150例Lc患者的临床资料,其中急性结石性胆囊炎123例,单纯胆囊息肉样病变11例,单纯胆囊颈结石嵌顿8例,胆源性胰腺炎8例。结果 150例高龄急性胆囊炎行Lc手术患者成功132例,成功率为88.0%,中转开腹手术18例;术后出现并发症合并肺部感染4例,创口感染3例,经积极治疗处理,患者均已康复出院。结论高龄急性胆囊炎患者行Lc具有创伤小、时间短、并发症少、术后康复快等优势,降低手术风险,且安全可行。
Objective To study of acute cholecystitis in elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy（Lc）in the clinical treatment of.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 150 cases of Lc patients,including 123 cases of acute calculous cholecystitis,simple gallbladder polypoid lesions in 11 cases,simple neck of gallbladder calculus incarceration in 8 cases,8 cases of biliary pancreatitis.Results 150 cases of acute cholecystitis in aged patients underwent Lc operation was successful in 132 patients,the success rate was 88.0%,18 cases were convertedto open operation;postoperative complications in 4 cases of pulmonary infection,3 cases of wound infection,after active treatment, have been discharged.Conclusion Acute cholecystitis in elderly patients with emergency Lc has small trauma,short time,fewer complications,faster postoperative recovery and other advantages,reduce the operation risk,safe and feasible.
