摘要
实测某铸造车间生产线除尘系统工艺,总结存在于除尘系统的问题,分析相关实测数据,制定对应解决方案。铸造车间除尘通风系统应使用环保设备,在保证工作效率达到国家标准的基础上,给予节能足够重视;或在能耗相同的基础上最大程度改善现有设备效能,以提高工作效率。
In order to measure the dust removal system of a foundry production line, the existing problems in the dust removal system were sumed up and the relevant data, so as to make corresponding solution. The results show that the dust ventilation system in foundry should use environmental protection equipment to ensure the work efficiency to achieve the national standard, and improve performance or energy consumption, or in the same maximum degree, to improve the work efficiency, meet the requirements of environmental protection.
