纳米炭应用于甲状腺癌手术中对甲状旁腺保护作用的护理配合 被引量:2

摘要 甲状腺癌是常见的内分泌肿瘤之一,临床发病率在我国呈逐年上升趋势,手术是首选的治疗手段。术后甲状旁腺功能减退发生率为6%~46%[1],如何防范甲状旁腺损伤是目前研究的热点[2]。临床上纳米炭淋巴示踪作为廓清淋巴结的指示剂在众多手术中被广泛应用[3]。但有关此类手术配合的文献较少,通过回顾复习病例,总结经验,现将有关术中护理配合介绍如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:2013年5月至2014年2月患者83例,
