摘要
成本控制是成本管理的重要环节，对建设项目的五个阶段：即决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段的成本控制与管理进行了探讨，以便更好地控制项目成本，减少或避免建设资金的流失，以提高投资效益。
The cost control is an important link of cost management. This paper discussed cost control and management of the five phases of the construction project-decision-making stage, the design stage, tender stage, construction stage, and completion stage. The author aimed to beter control the project cost, to reduce or to avoid the loss of construction funds in order to improve the benefit of investment.
