摘要
张仲景在其《伤寒杂病论》中将心病分为"胸痹""真心痛""心悸"等病证,其内容包含着丰富的治心病学术思想。各种心病多由病邪内侵,或痰迷心窍、水饮凌心,或气滞血瘀,或心气心血不足所致。文章运用文献研究的方法全面系统地总结了张仲景治心病的学术思想及常用方药并结合现代临床与实验研究进行探讨,旨在全面反映张仲景诊治该病的学术观点和临床经验,为辨治心病提供丰富而详实的参考资料。
There were academic thought of heart disease treatment in ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases, in which ZHANG Zhong-jing classified heart diseases into different symptoms, such as chest discomfort, angina pectoris, palpitation and so on. Most of the symptoms of heart disease resulted from the following conditions： infection from pathogenic factors, orifices confused by phlegm, qi stagnation and blood stasis, deficiency of heart blood and qi. This paper summarized ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s academic idea and formulas of heart disease treatment comprehensively and systematically by using method of literature research, and made a discussion on the modem clinical combined with experimental researches to fully reflected ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s academic ideas and clinical experience on heart diseases, and provided rich and detailed reference materials for the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.
