浑善达克沙地三趾跳鼠体重与年龄划分 被引量:7

The Study on the Weight and Age of Dipus sagitta in Hunshangdake Sandy Land

摘要 哺乳动物的年龄划分始终是动物种群生态学研究的基础内容之一,同时鼠类年龄划分方法在害鼠的预测和控制实践中具有十分重要的意义。2002~2003年,在内蒙古锡林郭勒盟浑善达克沙地,采用常规铗线方法对三趾跳鼠(Dipus sagitta)的种群年龄进行调查。2年间共捕获三趾跳鼠125只,其中雄82只,雌43只。对每只捕获的三趾跳鼠样本进行了体长、体重、胴体重、繁殖特征记录,利用胴体重为标准,参考样本出现的时间(月份)及繁殖特征,将三趾跳鼠划分年龄组。捕获到的三趾跳鼠可划分为3个自然年龄组,即1龄组(胴体重≤71 g)、2龄组(71 g〈胴体重≤90 g)和3龄及以上组(胴体重〉90 g),三趾跳鼠最大年龄至少3龄。鉴定三趾跳鼠年龄运用胴体重法相对简便准确。 The mammalian age determination is one of the basic reqirement in the study of animal population ecology,while the method of rodent age determination has great significance in the prediction and control of rodents in practice. Although ecology,disease,evolution of Northern Three-toed Jerboa( Dipus sagitta) have been investigated in great detail,few studies have focused on its age determination. Total of 125 samples of Dipus sagitta( 43 females and 82 males) collected in Hunshandake Sandy Land in Inner Mongolia from 2002 to2003,were used to make age estimation by carcass weight. We recorded each capture on the body length,body weight,carcass weight,propagation characteristics. The carcass weight of male and female were analyzed by ttest. Results show that the difference of male and female in weight is not obvious difference( P 〉 0. 05)( Table1). Using body weight without viscera as the standard,according to characteristics of the frequency distribution and the captured time( month)( Fig. 1),the samples can be divided into 3 natural age groups: group Ⅰ( 0- 1 years old) : body weight without viscera ≤71 g; group Ⅱ( 1- 2 years old) : 71 g 〈 body weight withoutviscera≤90 g; group Ⅲ( ≥3 years old) : body weight without viscera 〉 90 g. By inter-group difference t-test,difference between the adjacent two groups was significant( P 〈 0. 01)( Table 2). And as age growth,the carcass weight increased,indicating that this division standard for the age identification was with statistical significance. According to carcass weight as the division standard for each age group body weight,the data of body length are shown in Table 3. The individuals in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ grew rapidly in body length and body weight,while those in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ,their body length growth rate decreased obviously. The method of identification age for D. sagitta age by carcass weight is relatively simple and accurate.
