摘要
在确定地铁物资供应链绩效评价的目标、原则和特性的基础上,提出了基于战略层、运作层和结果层三个层次的供应链绩效评价思路,构建了基于平衡计分卡(BSC)和供应链运作参考模型(SCOR)的BSC-SCOR地铁物资供应链绩效评价模型,给出了地铁物资供应链绩效评价体系框架。然后设计了地铁物资供应链绩效指标体系调查问卷,通过对国内五个城市的地铁公司进行问卷调查,对提出的物资供应链绩效评价指标体系进行了修正,剔除了认可率低的指标,增加了多数被调查者认为重要的指标,得到了最终的供应链绩效评价指标体系,该指标体系包括23个一级指标和43个二级指标。
In this paper, we proposed the paths for the evaluation of supply chain performance on the strategic, operational and outcome levels respectively, built the subway material supply chain performance evaluation model based on BSC-SCOR, presented the framework of the subway material supply chain performance evaluation system. At the end, through an empirical example, we built such a system for the subway companies of five Chinese cities.
